Tasting note: [30ml sample] A very likeable presentation of distillery character on the nose - dense with muesli and dilute honey, developing with dried grass, later resembling peppermint cough lozenges. Good balance with just a little heat. Hints of pineapple pudding come through at mid palate. The finish is juicy and oily, with delicate orchard fruits and trace sulphur. Meaty and satisfying. 56.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. Very limited stocks.
