South African Icons

Few wines produced anywhere in the world can claim to have the impact that of Vin de Constance through the years. A late-harvest style made from Muscat de Frontignan (aka Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) grapes, without botrytis, we have recently landed a selection of the great vintages from the recent past; 2017, 2016, 2014, 2012, and 2007. Each are outstanding examples of South Africa’s most famous wine, and a great introduction to the living history that is Vin de Constance.

Meanwhile, Eben Sadie is embarking on a new path that is making waves around the world. The Sadie Family team work with roughly 30-hectares of vines, one-third of which are estate, with the other vines farmed entirely under their control. Sadie is making some of the most moving and mesmerising wines produced anywhere in the world. Each of these are made in tiny quantities, and stocks are extremely limited.
