Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Rye Whiskey (Double Pack 2 x 350ml bottles)

This double offering starts with the same spirit – a 100% rye recipe triple distilled in pot stills . One bottle has been matured in new, charred casks making it Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. The other has been matured in a once-used (aged) cask. This double release allows American whisky lovers the opportunity to experience the effects that different maturation regimes have on the same spirit.

[“Aged Cask”] Very pale in color, showing the limited oak influence. The used cask allows the rye to shine. An uncluttered whiskey, with fresh mint, soft cinnamon, creamy vanilla, hay, cut grass, and honeyed orchard fruit (green apple, pear, peach). Grassy finish.
