Some say that Widow Jane 12 represents a deeper darker side to the Widow - a high ABV single barrel Bourbon selected from casks that show special promise.

Tasting note: [20ml sample] High proof, but with beautiful balance, offering up aromas and flavours of toffee apple, scented pipe tobacco and grilled corn. The superb cherry-chocolate / maraschino burst in the middle stage only lets up when the wood and vanillas kick in late. If you're looking for a high proof, corn-heavy style that's (seemingly) bottled at just the right age, this won't let you down. Sultry and distinctive. 49.5% Alc./Vol.
