Only 661 bottles in the entire release and already sold out at the distillery, this decadent maritime whisky is the result of an ongoing & unique collaboration between two true Tassie craftsmen - Head Distiller Rob and Waub's Harbour Cooper, Laurie, enabled by an on-site Cooperage. Rob worked closely with Laurie to shave, toast & char a beautiful, old French Oak Tokay cask to provide the perfect maturation conditions for the whisky Rob set out to make. The result? A special single malt with notes of poached pear short crust pie with fig, baked walnut and salted caramel. Yum! Very limited stocks.
