Other reviews... The nose majors in citrus fruits, vanilla, pepper, and a discreet herbal note. Citrus fruits carry through to the spicy palate, with Jaffa orange to the fore, plus malt. Spicy to the very end, with milk chocolate and a suggestion of passion fruit. 43% Alc./Vol.

85 points - Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2015 Established in 1949, and mothballed in 1995 by then owners, Whyte & Mackay, Tullibardine recently began a new chapter in its history as of November 2011 when the distillery was purchased by an independent family company already involved in the Whisky Industry (Picard Vins & Spiritueaux). With sales of whisky set to increase at unprecedented levels around the world, shareholders felt the time had come to pass control of the company to a firm that had the resources to maximise the growth potential. There is no doubt that the future of Tullibardine is in safe hands. With a wide portfolio of stock ranging back as far as 1952, it continues to produce several types of single malt whisky and related liqueurs. Most of its output is matured in American oak bourbon casks with some seasoned in sherry. All casks are stored in traditional dunnage warehouses.
