Located south of Inverness, Tomatin was for a time the largest producer of whisky in Scotland and today still remains one of the key whisky producers in the Highlands. This is the second in their new 'Creation Series". Matured in Japanese Shochu (rice spirit) European Virgin Oak Casks, it's described as rich and lively with hints of smoke and key lime pie. 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. Very limited stocks.
