Tomatin Cu Bocan Creation #1 Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml) - Black Isle Brewery Imperial Stout Casks

While most of Tomatin's output goes into blends, the distillery is building a bigger reputation for its single malt. One week every year they've started to produce a lightly peated malt marketed under the 'Cu Bocan' label, aka - the "ghost dog", a beast that's said to stalk the peat moorland close to the distillery.

Part of the 'Creation' series, this novel expression is matured in x Black Isle Brewery Imperial Stout casks and Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal wine casks - so expect something quite different. It's described as "a malt that's sweet and buttery with hints of orange marmalade and espresso". 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
