Tobermory 20 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

This edition was originally released for the German market. It's reported to be part of a series of six older expressions. Going by the official tasting notes, it sounds like there's a good dose of sherry involved in the maturation - and probably a significant amount of PX. 46.3% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the producers... Nose: Rich and warm with treacle and golden syrup, Christmas spices, walnuts, sultanas and dates. Palate: Deep rich oak with caramelised oranges and old fashioned marmalade, vanilla, dried fruits, hazelnuts and dark chocolate. The finish is long and sweet.
