The Observatory 20 Year Old Signature Series Single Grain Scotch Whisky (700ml)

A price/age ratio like this is rarely found. It's not stated where this was distilled, but we do know that it spent its two decades in bourbon casks, eventually being bottled for the Signature Series at 40% ABV. It promises lots of grain sweetness and creamy cask influence.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: White chocolate and summer berries, with lemon cheesecake. Palate: Pink marshmallow and dark chocolate, with creamy vanilla and buttered toast. Finish: Vanilla fudge and dusty cocoa.
