Lark Tokay Tokay Release has spent its entire life surrounded by ex-Australian Tokay, maturing in 100L Tokay casks before finishing in two 300L Tokay hogsheads from Seppeltsfield in the Barossa Valley. Big and biscuity with sweet notes of vanilla, this is an indulgent dram drowned in espresso with swirls of dark chocolate.
