Glen Garioch is pronounced “glen geery” and was founded way back in 1797 in Oldmeldrum, making it one of the oldest of Scotland's distilleries. Boutiquey's rather fanciful label depicts Ryan Chetiyawardana who has gone back to 1977 to check out the greenhouse which Glen Garioch heated using the waste heat from their stills. Batch 2 represents a run of 251 bottles at 47.8% Alc./Vol.

Notes from the bottlers... Nose: A balanced nose of spice and sweetness, with mince pie, herbal honey and citrus zests. Palate: Ginger biscuits, orange peel and barley. Finish: Mixed fruit and nuts. Dry.
