Tim Duckett's Redlands release No.5 was matured in a Muscat cask and bottled in August 2018 at 48% Alc./Vol.
A new Tassie venture, in September 2016, Redlands sowed their first crop of barley in their new home at Kempton, continuing a paddock-to-bottle philosophy. x Pinot Noir and fortified wine casks are typically employed with water transported from the Plenty River. Headed by Dean Jackson, the distillery remains one of a handful worldwide to grow and process its own barley.
