The French Oak Second Fill range offers a refined take on the distillery’s famed French oak style, maturing whisky in casks that have previously held earlier Sullivans Cove releases. This second-fill approach softens the oak influence, allowing the spirit’s bright fruit and floral notes to shine while retaining the signature richness and spice of French oak. The result is a more delicate, balanced expression with an obvious elegance.
