Sullivans Cove Single Cask HH0106 American Oak 18 Year Old Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

One of the oldest Sullivan Cove bottlings to date, sold out via the distillery's website in a matter of hours. Each bottle comes in a unique, hand-made, timber presentation box and includes a letter of authenticity personally signed by Head Distiller, Patrick Maguire and Production Manager, Heather Tillott.

Notes from Sullivan's Cove... “This delightfully complex and textural whisky’s fruit and fresh grain notes defy its proud position as one of the oldest Australian single malt whiskies ever released. Nose: Banana, walnut, crème caramel, liquorice, kumquats, black pepper, camphor, and antique oak. Palate: Creamy and sweet with flavours of banoffee pie, meringue, macadamias, sweet pastry, toffee apple, and milk chocolate fudge. Finish: Vanilla, coconut and preserved fruits with a malty cocoa line that drives the finish and lingers almost indefinitely”.

Filled into a cask in Dec 1999 and bottled in June 2018. 215 bottles produced.
