A now quite rare Sullivan's Cove, either full-term matured or finished in an ex-Tawny Port French oak cask (with a hint of orange) before bottling at 47.5% Alc./Vol. These Pilot Cask releases were only available at the distillery and relatively small - just 201 500ml bottles coming to market from barrel HH0385, filled in 2000 and decanted way back in 2016. Collectable.
