This very popular 'Project Starward' begins with their award winning Apera-aged Solera single malt and culminates in a collaboration with Boatrocker Brewery. A finishing in their proprietory Ginger Beer casks infuses flavours of ginger, orange and dark chocolate, as well as fresh vanilla and pineapple balanced by sweet raisins and figs. A big whisky with a warming mouthfeel, try it in a Ginger Beer Boilermaker cocktail, or splash a little in your next dessert. Batch No.4 was limited to 1200 bottles. 48% Alc./Vol.
