Brilliant straw colour – perhaps just a touch deep for a Manzanilla, and especially so given that it has a stelvin cap, however, this is a minor criticism. The nose is very impressive, intense aroma of flor yeast and nut. The palate is dry with hints of biscuit over classic Manzanilla flavours of salt and flor yeast. Excellent length, with very long dry salty flor yeast aftertaste. Enjoy.
