Wholly matured in a Pinot cask for close to three years and bottled at a natural strength of 60% Alc./Vol., this was the follow up to Old Kempton's delicious Tokay barrel matured release.

In September 2016, Redlands sowed their first crop of barley at their new home at Kempton, continuing a paddock-to-bottle philosophy. x Pinot Noir and fortified wine casks are typically employed with water transported from the Plenty River. Headed by Dean Jackson, the distillery remains one of a handful worldwide to grow and process its own barley.
