An antique 7 Year Old Kentucky Bourbon (circa late 1970's) distilled by Old Charter Distillery Co. Cursory research indicates this to be post 1977, as the cap seals (which changed over the decades) reflect the style used from 1977-1985.
By the photo you can tell the bottle has been through the wars, so hardly ideal condition, but the seal is intact and the fill level is as new. One only to sell. 86 proof.
