This should be a tasty little coastal number, matured in a refill hogshead and distilled at an unknown distillery before being matured by North Star and bottled at 50%. From an outturn of 300 bottles. Notes from the producers suggest aromas of freshly baked cheesecake with caramelised sugar followed by a buttery and creamy palate with smoke and lemon peel. Non chill filtered.
