Located in the highlands of Central Tasmania, Nant use only 100% Tasmanian brewer’s barley, with the Estate currently providing approximately one-third of its own barley needs. Recently re-packaged, their whiskies under the 'Single Cask' collection are bottled at 63% Alc./vol.

This release was matured in a French oak x-Port cask and bottled at cask strength with no chill filtration or colouring added.

Tasting note: Deep polished brass. Shy with a lightly prickly nose-feel; flashes of red berries, plum, vanilla and Marie biscuits, sweetening after air contact – all very subtle. Creamy entry leads into a massive attack, lashed with spice, while cherry ripe and bittersweet oak close. Goes long. 63% Alc./Vol.
