Maidenii Dry Unfiltered Vermouth (1500ml)

A new limited edition large format Maidenii - this time bottled without filtration for extra flavour. Along with Maidenii’s heroes strawberry gum, sea parsley, river mint and wattleseed, this also includes kaffir lime leaf, nigella and Japanese gentian.

Tasting note: Very pale, cloudy green, cider-like appearance. Lifted and fresh aromas of grapefruit, semi-ripe strawberry, tarragon, sage and bitter herbs. Light and racy in the mouth with flavours of fresh-cut grapefruit, lemon peel and delicate gentian bittererness; Finish is bone dry, with lingering grapefruit freshness. 19% Alc./Vol.
