A new peaty Lark expression matured for 6.5 years in an ex-Heaven Hill Bourbon cask. “Heavily peated” by Lark standards, the smoke presents as a rich char flavour on the finish, balancing out the peat influence with the rich toffee of Lark spirit and the bright citrus and vanilla of the bourbon cask.

Notes from Larks... Nose: Peaches, cream, green grass and lemon hide the brooding underlying characters of earth, and peat. Oranges, mineral and vanilla custard intertwine with raspberry and bourbon notes. Palate: Sweet cream, orange cordial and vanilla booms into big smoke and peaty cherries. Grapefruit, orange and burnt bacon are a mismatch made in Heaven. Think marshmallows on a bonfire. Finish: Long and smoky with cream and oranges.
