Joadja Distillery Batch 2 Australian Single Malt Whisky (500ml)

Located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Joadja was established in the late 1870s by the Australian Kerosene Oil and Mineral Co. The company employed hundreds of Scottish oil shale miners, whose mining skills were matched by an ability to distill and brew.

The town's Scottish heritage inspired Valero & Elisa Jimenez to establish Joadja Distillery in 2014. Tapping into their Spanish roots, they've gone the whole hog, sourcing ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez butts from Spain to mature their whisky.

Batch two was aged in small American oak x-Oloroso Sherry Casks. 48% Alc./Vol. One only to sell.
