Ironbark Distillery Barrel Aged Moonshine Corn Rye Blend (750ml)

Mashed using a traditional recipe of a corn & rye, this 'moonshine' has been aged for over one month in heavy char, virgin American oak barrels.

Tasting note: Bright straw gold. Hints of caraway and whitepepper mingle with subtle scents of ryvita biscuit and corn chip. Second inspection offers black olive sour dough plus hints of mustard pickle. Mid weighted ; more vanilla evident on the palate over olive bread and late spices. Ends with the barrel influence a little more pronounced, fading dry, faintly peppery and medium long. 41% Alc./Vol.
