The seventh release in the Henry's Legacy series is a Port cask matured malt. These single cask projects aim to offer unique expressions from the Bond Store. The cavernous sea walls of Freestone Cove are rich in natural history, embedded eternally with lifeforms from another time. The area’s beauty and natural majesty provide an appropriate segue for the single malt whisky which now carries its name. Characterised by intriguing layers, expect aromas and flavours of crushed vanilla bean, warm cinnamon laced teacake before stewed stone fruits ascend, lingering with deft sprinklings of sea salt. The outturn was 504 bottles at 59.6% Alc./Vol. Barrelled on the 26/02/2007 and bottled on the 12/05/2020.
