From the outset, Master Blender Billy Walker continually expressed his desire to use vintage stocks to craft a truly outstanding thirty year old. Batch one of this venerable release will be in high demand. Drawn from nine casks filled in 1989 and 1990 (Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry hogsheads and puncheons, as well as a smattering of Chinquapin virgin oak casks), just 2000 bottles are available worldwide. Cask strength at 48.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. Extremely limited stocks.

Notes from the producers... NOSE: Fruit cake, raisins and mocha, with honey, cinnamon and coconut. TASTE: Layers of dark chocolate, fruit cake, raisins, honey and figs, with treacle, orange zest and nutmeg.
