2004 Edradour Ballechin Straight from the Cask 13 Year Old Burgundy Cask Matured Cask Strength Single Malt Scotch Whisky (500ml)

Red wine and peat often work beautifully (think Longrow Red). Edradour's "Ballechin" has even greater phenol levels weighing in at a minimum of 50ppm. The colour of this whisky is a wonderful deep ruby red from maturation in an x-Burgundy cask. Distilled in 2004 and bottled in early 2017 with an outturn of 421 bottles. Non chill filtered, natural colour and cask strength. Very limited stocks. 50.7% Alc./Vol.
