In the Highland region, not too far south of Inverness is the Japanese owned Tomatin distillery. The often intense, high-toned and fruity spirit produced here suits itself well to first fill maturation. Cooper's Choice bring a point of difference with this expression. 'Forest Fruits' seems a suitable subtitle for this Port finished malt, and judging by the colour alone it should be a beauty! 360 bottles on offer.
