Tasting note: Normally the realm of Bourbon barrels, maturation in a Moscatel cask has resulted in a beautiful, copper-tinted Glen Moray - in fact, one of the darkest we've seen. Rock lollies, young fortified wine and hints of peppermint on the nose follow in a sleek, semi-sweet delivery with ripe summer fruits, sponge cake and an even sweeter malty finish. Spices maintain vitality and balance. A delicious 'dessert alternative' to the distillery's typically fresh'n'fruity style. Non chill filtered. 50% Alc./Vol.
