Produced as a travel retail exclusive, the Chivas Brothers Blend was designed as a nod to the original blending recipe. It takes a small twist on the standard 12 year old, increasing the ratio of malt to grain, adding more content from Strathisla and Longmorn. Contrarily, reviewers noted an increase in grain character, despite there being less of it in the blend. Now part of their core range, this bottling would suit the casual Chivas drinker looking for something a touch different. 40% Alc./Vol.
