Official age statement Tober's have been difficult to find lately. Cadenhead's come to the rescue with this small batch cask strength edition, and the price is quite special indeed. Distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2016 after maturation in two ex Bourbon hogsheads, the outturn was just 450 bottles.
In Cadenhead's words expect "...saltiness and a slight smokiness with undertones of custard creams and a short waxy note... the finish offers ash, cooked fruits, peppery, salted popcorn and digestive biscuits." 52.5% Alc./Vol.
