Linkwood is another of Diageo's quiet distilleries that produces malt whiskies for blending, predominantly for the Bell's & Haig labels and has only ever been bottled as a single malt by independent bottlers. We've tasted many independent expressions which are typically layered with chocolate and dried fruits.

This 26 year old cask strength Linkwood was distilled in 1987 and bottled in 2014 with an out turn of 972 bottles.

According to Cadenhead's expect "toffee popcorn with a touch of salt and pinepapple chunks followed by a crisp and dry finish with aniseed gooseberries and mild nuttiness. " 56.8% Alc./Vol.
