This is from a series that is/was meant to showcase the influence of each of Ballantines’ core malts (Glenburgie, Scapa, Glentauchers, Miltonduff). Launched around 2015, some editions were considered more exciting than others; this one being a resounding success, at least according to Whisky Advocate. Review below. 43% Alc./Vol.

Other reviews... As you raise the glass to your nose, this has refreshment written all over it. The fragrance of an early morning visit to a florist, zesty orange notes, honey, peach pits, a hint of salt, and the faintest trace of smoke. It's silky smooth, glistening with honey, a firm edge of orange, vanilla tablet, barley sugar, powdered ginger, all elevated by the grains supporting the Scapa.
