This blend is composed of 67% Pinot Noir, 26% Chardonnay and 7% Pinot Meunier.
The base wine is made generally from the 2003 vintage, with reserve wines from 2002 added.
Creamy white mousse with good hold. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. Deep coloured straw base wine. Nose of lees, honeycomb and light cashew. Creamy palate. Light aftertaste of yeast lees and light lemon.
