5Nines proprietors, David Pearse and Steven Griguol completed their distilling course at Redlands (now Old Kempton Distillery) in Tasmania. With their distillery close to South Australia’s best wine regions, they have access to a wide range of casks including tawny, apera and ex-Bourbon casks as well as dry wine and ex-fortified wine barrels. This unpeated release was a run of 630 bottles, however the cask types are not stated. 42.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
