5 Nines Distilling Frontignac Cask 5ND111 Single Malt Australian Whisky (700ml)

This is a sister release to cask #5ND107. Made using locally grown (unpeated) ale malt, fermented for seven days then double distilled, the whisky was matured in a 100 litre French oak cask that previously held Clare Valley Liqueur Frontignac. 44.6% Alc./Vol.

David Pearse and Steven Griguol work from the Adelaide Hills with an aim to create the perfect spirit - hence the name "5Nines" = 99.999% perfection. In this series, they select the best of the best to be bottled at cask strength with no water added, no chill filtering and no flocking.
