Light to medium weight with fleshy cherry and liquorice fruits concluding fresh, spicy and savoury.
Vines from the lower part of Morgon. 100 % destemmed – no whole bunch. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a vibrant purple red hue. Fragrant dark cherry and strawberry scents mix with subtle earthy incense, provincial herb and spice notes. Light to medium weight the palate features fleshy cherry and liquorice fruits infused with earthy incense and provincial herbs. Slightly grainy tannins concluding fresh, spicy and savoury.
