A blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. Deep midnight black core with a dark purple red hue. Fragrant blackberry and liquorice aromas intermix with inky earth and provincial herb notes. Juicy yet youthfully inky in its feel, blackberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits are layered across a scorched earth and peppered dried herb back drop. Fresh acidity and chewy tannins with a bright, slightly rustic finish.
