In September 2020, the Mars Shinshu Distillery was rebuilt and expanded, 35 years after its original establishment.
This release marks the completion of the project with a label depicting the "Chestnut tiger" butterfly that visits the distillery in Miyada Village in Minami Shinshu around September every year. The work is by painter, Tomoko Nakanoma. Expect a soft, floral and fruity whisky with an elegant mouthfeel and hints of white pepper. 48% Alc./Vol.
