Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive lime green tinge to the outskirts. Pronounced fresh lime top notes meld into red apple and honeysuckle with tailing notes of light orange blossom and faint slate. Refreshing ripe lime, orange and honeysuckle flavours fill the palate over a back drop of juicy apples and minerals. Off dry finish with mouth watering acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
