2016 Prosper Maufoux Bourgogne Chardonnay-Elegance

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and dried honey mix with hints of crème brulee, citrusy nougat, biscuit and spice. Medium bodied with a nicely rounded feel and good freshness the palate has an elegant flavour profile of white peach, citrus and light dried honey over delicate biscuity oak and faint infusions of gun flint. Finishes with a refined mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
