Situated in the Cote de Beaune, Saint-Aubin may be one of the lesser known appellations but it shares some illustrious neighbours. The 1er Cru vineyards here share the same hillside contours as the Grand Cru plots of Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet. For this wine Olivier Leflaive blend in the "Lieux dits" (designated areas) such as Les Pucelles, Vermarain, Jorcul and Le Banc.
