Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear, honeysuckle and musk are followed by some quince and faint spice. The palate has flavours of pear and Jonathan apples intermixed with a touch of honeysuckle and fresh quince. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of ripe pear, apple, honeysuckle and spicy quince.
