Fully matured in a fresh ex-bourbon barrel, this expression showcases pronounced influence from vanillin-rich American oak. The cask imparts layers of sweetness and toasted nuttiness that complement and enhance the distillate’s underlying cereal-driven character. The outturn was 219 bottles at 57.5% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... Colour: Butterscotch gold. Nose: Hazelnut milk chocolate, lebkuchen and caramelised banana. Palate: Dundee marmalade, barley sugar, walnut and ginger. Finish: Mixed spices intertwine, lingering long, warm and comforting.
