2011 Domaine Vincent Latour Bourgogne

Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green on the edges and watery hue. Nosing reveals citrus and pear top notes followed by some nutty cashew and a hint of mineral as an end note. Medium bodied the palate displays an excellent refined flavour profile of pear, citrus and cashew followed by some wet stone like characters on the dry finish. Good textural mouthfeel with aftertaste of pear, cashew and wet stones.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
