Tasting note: Fully matured in a first fill oloroso sherry butt, the aroma is sweet and prickly with more than a few sulphur-ridden notes that refuse to go away. Pickled onions? Ginger bread? ...Tongue nipping and lacking balance. Altogether a bit like a corked wine. Not a lot to say. With water there's few redeeming features. Tasted on three occasions. 58.9% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered. 213 bottles.
