Notes from the bottlers... PX Sherry finish yielding 611 bottles. Colour Mahogany: Nose Brown sugar, coconut and Morello cherries. Heavily stewed raisins and sultanas. Treacle toffee. Taste: Super sweet, rich and velvety. Really big raisin and sultana notes, reminiscent of clootie dumplings. Mocha and cocoa. Just a hint of cinnamon. Finish: Long and syrupy. Deceptively smooth - no indication that this sits at a chunky 59.1% vol. Non chill filtered.
