2005 George T. Stagg Barrel Proof Release 131.8 Proof (65.9%) Straight Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

This limited-production bourbon whiskey distributed by Buffalo Trace Distillery, as part of the distillery's 'Antique Collection ' series has garnered a cult following - an uncut, unfiltered bourbon, aged for approximately 15 years distributed only once a year in limited quantities. These remarkable offerings have had Jim Murray exclaiming “…just what is it about George T. Stagg? The quality defies belief…!!”

This is the Spring 2005 "Lot B" release which was reportedly more numerous than the other bottlings from the same year (there were 3 releases in total for 2015, each can be identifed by their respective ABV.)
